Japanese Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry
This dish is a great source of protein and healthy vegetables, and it's packed with umami flavor from the soy sauce and mirin. Plus, it's easy to prepare and can be made in one pan, making it a convenient option for busy weeknights.

Salt and pepper
to taste
In a mixing bowl, combine the beef slices, soy sauce, mirin, salt, and pepper.
In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over high heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry for a few seconds until fragrant.
Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
Add the beef mixture to the pan and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until the beef is cooked through.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
